1. Aquatic Livestock Care

• Feeding: Maintain strict feeding schedules for various species of freshwater and marine fish, invertebrates, and corals.
• Tank Maintenance: Perform regular water changes, scrape algae from glass, and clean filtration components to ensure crystal-clear displays.
• Health Monitoring: Observe livestock daily for signs of stress or disease (like Ich or velvet) and report issues to the manager immediately.
• Water Testing: Use liquid test kits to monitor parameters such as pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate.

2. Customer Experience

• Consultation: Greet customers and assist them in selecting compatible livestock for their specific tank setups.
• Education: Explain the nitrogen cycle and the importance of water chemistry to new hobbyists.
• Catching & Bagging: Safely catch fish using appropriate nets and bag them with the correct oxygen-to-water ratio for transport.

3. Store Operations

• Inventory Management: Stock shelves with dry goods (filters, heaters, fish food) and ensure all items are priced correctly.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a dry and safe floor environment, wiping up spills immediately to prevent slips.
• Sales Support: Process transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system and assist with carry-outs for heavy items like salt buckets or large aquariums.
