Part-Time Aquatics Lead (Intro to Management Role)

We are looking for happy, dependable individuals with a passion for children. Prior childcare or swim experience is great, but absolutely not required—we will train you!

Responsibilities (Aquatics Lead + Instructor Hybrid)

• Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months–12 years (30-minute classes)
• Lead by example in the pool and on deck—positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability
• Support new instructors and help maintain smooth class flow
• Engage with children and families to create a FUN learning experience
• Provide clear feedback to parents and swimmers
• Assist with keeping the facility safe, clean, and organized
• Model and uphold Aqua-Tots Core Values

Preferred Qualifications

(We train everything you need!)

• Experience working with children is a plus (coaching, babysitting, youth programs, tutoring, etc.)
• Ability to perform basic swim skills (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke) or willingness to learn
• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
• Able to work weekdays 4pm–8pm and Saturdays 8am–2pm
• Great communicator, team player, and eager to learn leadership skills
