Responsibilities :-
Ø Invoicing & Data Entry
* Assist in preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time.
* Record sales transactions into the accounting/ERP system.
* Verify supporting documents (sales orders, delivery notes, contracts) before billing.
Ø Collections & Payment Tracking
* Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances.
* Send payment reminders and follow up with customers under the guidance of senior accountants.
* Update daily collections tracker and prepare payment receipt entries
Ø Reconciliation & Reporting
* Match payments with invoices and allocate them correctly in the system.
* Assist in preparing customer account statements and reconciliations.
* Support in generating AR ageing reports and highlighting overdue accounts.
Required Qualification:
Ø Education: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Ø Experience:
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles.
* Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or food production industry is preferred.
* Experience with SAP B1 is a significant advantage
