The Division:
The Perseus operating group of Constellation Software Inc, is a portfolio of vertical market
enterprise software companies. Perseus acquires independently managed software companies
around the world, providing them with the strategic guidance and financial security they need to
become leaders within their respective markets.

The Position:
We are looking for an AR Analyst to join our team. The individual will work closely with the AR
Team. The successful candidate will promote an atmosphere of individual and team excellence.
Monitors all aspects of the client's accounts receivable.

  • Preparation and analysis of Cash receipt report on weekly basis.
  • Preparation of excess cash report on monthly basis for next three months.
  • Preparation and distribution of Cash collection forecasting for upcoming year.
  • Setup and lead monthly AR call with business units and discuss large outstanding balances and any substantial risk to revenue.
  • Third party collection agency management (Assign customer to agency, bridging communication between agency and business units, and distribution of statements on monthly basis).
  • Month end closure activities (AR and WIP reporting, bucketing into Jedox, review AR submission, match AR and WIP number with GL, review AFDA and WIP provisioning as per CSI policy).
  • Prepare AR and WIP disclosure file on quarterly basis and tie with BPC.
  • Submit AR, AFDA and deferred revenue on specified format to internal audit on quarterly basis.
  • Assist in preparation of working capital file to forecast free cash flow.
  • Escalation of Demand letter if necessary.
  • Process customer refund.

Professional Acumen:
  • The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, allowing him or her to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Take ownership over the assigned area.
  • The candidate should have strong attention to detail and possess intermediate Excel skills with analytical skills.
  • Be proactive and eager to contribute, learn and provide solutions. Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifying, reviewing, and implementing process improvements.

Education and Technical Skills
  • MBA degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an excellent team player. Must be able to cooperate and work effectively with all levels of expertise within the organization.
  • Ability to analyze issues logically and efficiently and address multiple priorities in a professional manner.
