Unify Healthcare is hiring! Freshers and experienced AR Callers for our Dehradun location.

Work mode – Work from office

Role and Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices
• Resolving customer inquiries and disputes
• Updating customer accounts and records
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• If you have a knack for communication and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Desired Candidate

• High school diploma or Graduation is required.
• Basic understanding of Computers and excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willing to work in night shift.
