AR Caller – Denials / Physician (1+ Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1 year in AR Calling (Denials/Physician Billing)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies on denied or unpaid claims.
• Analyze denial reasons and take corrective actions for resolution.
• Work on physician billing accounts to ensure timely collections.
• Update billing systems with accurate claim status and notes.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in AR Calling (Denials/Physician).
• Good understanding of US healthcare RCM process.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
