• Submit and monitor claims to insurance payers to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Investigate, appeal, and resolve denials, working with internal teams to prevent future issues.
• Accurately post payments and reconcile account discrepancies to maintain correct account balances.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on unpaid claims with insurance providers and patients.
• Prepare AR reports to track outstanding balances, trends, and identify improvement areas.

Skills:

• Effective written and verbal English communication with native fluency & ability to listen
• Candidate must have excellent knowledge of computer Skills, specially Word, Excel.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 Year
