AR Executive -LAB Billing

As part of the current client workflow, the dedicated person needs to contact provider offices regarding various laboratory-related queries, including:

Diagnosis code clarification (ICD-10 issues)

Medical necessity concerns

Eligibility-related questions

Missing or invalid diagnosis information

Documentation and order-related clarifications

Other laboratory billing inquiries requiring provider input

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following key competencies:

1: Strong Communication Skills

2: Laboratory Billing Knowledge

Good understanding of laboratory billing workflows.

Knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis coding.

Understanding of medical necessity requirements.

Familiarity with payer eligibility requirements.

Ability to identify and discuss diagnosis-related billing concerns with provider offices.

Experience handling laboratory claim-related inquiries and follow-ups

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
