AR Representative

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (On-site; preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Verification of patient eligibility and insurance benefits
• Handling and tracking prior authorization requests
• Resolving claim rejections and clearinghouse issues promptly
• Daily electronic and paper claim submissions to insurance payers
• Analyzing and resolving claim denials with appropriate follow-up
• Navigating and utilizing various payer and provider portals
• Posting insurance payments (EOBs/ERAs) and patient payments
• Preparing and maintaining detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Reviewing aging reports and working on accounts receivables
• Ensuring compliance with payer-specific billing guidelines
• Monitoring timely filing limits and taking proactive actions
• Supporting patient billing and answering billing-related inquiries, if needed

Qualifications/Skills

• 1-2 years of solid experience in U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Bachelors from a well-reputed university
• Fluency in English communication

• 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
