About the Role:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Arabic Legal Assistant to support our in-house legal department in managing contracts, documentation, and compliance matters across the Al Zaabi Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with a strong understanding of UAE labor law, corporate documentation, and legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and translate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Assist in preparing legal notices, agreements, and internal memos.
  • Coordinate with external law firms, government departments, and notary offices.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and case files.
  • Support in company licensing, renewal processes, and document attestations.
  • Research and summarize legal information or updates relevant to UAE laws.
  • Handle official communications and submissions in Arabic with ministries and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in the UAE.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Governance.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
