Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel/resort operations and guest services

Lead front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiency

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
