Arabic A Teacher (UAE National)

Job Title: Arabic A Teacher (UAE National) - April 2026 Location: Al Maharat Private School – Shakhbout City
Job Type: Full-Time
Al Maharat Private School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Arabic A Teacher (UAE National) to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Arabic language instruction in alignment with the British Curriculum , while promoting students’ language proficiency, cultural awareness, and love for the Arabic language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Arabic A lessons in accordance with the British Curriculum and UAE Ministry of Education standards .

  • Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Arabic.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.

  • Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and continuous evaluation.

  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and differentiated activities to meet students’ needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities .

  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support the overall academic program.

  • Promote UAE culture, values, and heritage within the classroom.




Requirements

Requirements
  • UAE National (Emirati) .

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field .

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Experience teaching Arabic A in a British Curriculum school is an advantage.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • Ability to integrate modern teaching strategies and educational technology.

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English .
