Job Opportunity: Arabic & Modern Desserts Specialist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Arabic Sweets Maker with a flair for modern desserts to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic sweets and contemporary desserts
• Contribute creative ideas for new dessert offerings
• Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and confidently upsell products
• Support daily café/barista operations when needed
• Assist with social media content and marketing activities
• Handle day-to-day café operations including: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Stock ordering and inventory management Cash handling and processing payments General maintenance and smooth running of operations.
• Opening and closing the café and covering other staff members when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Arabic sweets (experience in Omani halwa is a strong advantage)
• Experience as a barista or in a café setting is a plus
• Strong interest or experience in media, marketing, or social media
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality with strong customer interaction skills
• Must be fluent in Arabic

Salary:

• AED 2,500 – 3,500, depending on experience
