Arabic Architect/ Facility Planner Available to join immediately

Ontime Group is urgently seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Architect/Facility Planner to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning efficient facility layouts while communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their facility planning and architectural needs, with strong emphasis on Arabic communication
• Prepare detailed architectural and facility layout designs using industry-standard software
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently
• Provide clear and effective presentations and reports in Arabic and English
• Stay current with design trends, building technologies, and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in facility planning and architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and join immediately
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Portfolio demonstrating prior facility planning and architectural projects
