Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Service Advisor to join our multi-brand automobile service center in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and workshop technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements
• Prepare job cards, service estimates, and explain repairs clearly to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and vehicle delivery
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain service records and follow company service standards
• Promote additional services and value-added products when appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (home country experience will be considered)
• Fluent in Arabic (English communication is an advantage)
• Strong technical knowledge of multi-brand vehicles
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workshop environment
• UAE experience is an added advantage
