Role Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Arabic-English bilingual Female Sales Executive responsible for qualifying leads, setting meetings, and closing clients. The role focuses on converting prospects into paying customers and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads (calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).

Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.

Present company services confidently in Arabic and English.

Follow up on proposals and close deals.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets.

Requirements

2–5 years of sales or business development experience.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Experience in B2B or service-based sales preferred.

Target-oriented with proven closing ability.
