Bilingual Telesales & Call Center Agent – Aesthetic Clinic Experience Required

We are hiring a Bilingual Telesales & Call Center Executive for a premium Aesthetic Medical Center in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong sales communication skills, experience in aesthetic clinics, and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments and sales professionally.

Mandatory Requirements (Dealbreakers):

* Minimum 1 year UAE work experience

* Minimum 1 year experience in an Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Dermatology Clinic

* Currently residing in Dubai

* Valid self-sponsored visa (Family / Freelance / Golden Visa)

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls

* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings

* Explain aesthetic treatments and promotions to patients

* Manage CRM updates and appointment scheduling

* Provide high-level customer service and patient support

* Achieve sales and booking targets

Requirements:

* Fluent in Arabic & English

* Excellent telesales and negotiation skills

* Experience with aesthetic terminology and treatments

* CRM experience preferred (Odoo is an advantage)

- No company visa provided

- Candidates must have their own valid UAE residency visa

* AED 3,500 fixed salary
