Arabic Coach (Project-Based, Psychology Related Background)

Overview

We are looking for a part-time coach to join a long-term 1-on-1 employee corporate coaching program. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with experience in one-on-one coaching and hold the necessary credentials to practice professionally. This role requires commuting to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their wellbeing and personal development goals.
• Provide guidance on stress management, resilience, and mental well-being using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop customized coaching plans tailored to individual needs.
• Offer psychological support within the scope of coaching.
• Track progress and provide continuous motivation and support to clients.
• Ensure all coaching practices align with ethical standards and confidentiality policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken) is a must.
• Background in Psychology-related field.
• Certified coach with credentials from a recognized coaching body.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of mental health, stress management, and behavior change techniques.
• Ability to commute to Abu Dhabi for in-person sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in corporate coaching programs.
• Additional certifications in psychology, mindfulness, stress management, or health wellness coaching.
• Knowledge of UAE workplace culture and employee workplace wellbeing trends.
