Arabic Duty Manager

Job Position:

Duty Manager | Sapphire Plaza Hotel

Sapphire Plaza Hotel is currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Act as the Manager on Duty and handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Ensure high standards of guest service and compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and performance
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security departments
• Prepare shift reports and report any incidents or operational issues to Management
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Duty Manager in 4-5 Star Hotel (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Hotel Operations and Guest Relations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Male - Arab Speaker
• Can Join Immediately with Valid QID and Available NOC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
