Arabic Female Admin Officer

Role Summary:
Provide administrative and documentation support to office and operations, including coordination of contracts, correspondence, and internal follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and official correspondence
  • Prepare and manage documents, letters, and records
  • Assist with contract preparation, tracking, and renewals
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Follow up on approvals, actions, and pending items

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years admin experience
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • English required; Arabic an advantage
