Arabic GP Dentist

We are a dynamic and growing dental clinic in Sharjah, committed to providing great oral healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Arabic General Dental Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis.

A Salary with a commission-based structure.

40% commission out of total income.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, periodontal therapy, emergency dental care, all restorative procedures, and excellent prosthodontic treatment protocols.
• Experience with handling OPG, and CBCT and provide accurate radiographical diagnosis.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries very well.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Market dental services to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid MOH license.
• Minimum experience of 5+ years.
• Proven experience as a General Dentist Practitioner.
• Strong working knowledge and skills in all dental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to market dental services effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to handle am average patient flow initially and gradually build a thriving database.
• Strong business personality with a results-oriented mindset.
