Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and professional Arabic Hosts/Hostesses to join our team for an exciting short-term event in Doha, Qatar, scheduled for February 2026. This role involves guest reception, VIP guest handling, crowd management, and assisting with event logistics. You will be the face of our event, ensuring that all attendees feel welcome and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception & Assistance: Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing a high level of service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Registration & Venue Guidance: Assist with guest registration, provide clear directions within the venue, and offer help where needed.
• Crowd Flow Management: Ensure smooth crowd movement throughout the event, especially during peak times.
• VIP Support: Provide exceptional support to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is memorable.
• General Event Assistance: Assist event coordinators and other staff as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Arabic
• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, events, or guest relations.
• Skills:
• Proven experience in VIP guest handling and crowd management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Other:
• Valid QID (Qatar ID)
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
