Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects (residential, commercial) from concept through completion
• Develop concept design, space planning, mood boards, material & finishes selection
• Create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedules
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and consultants
• Monitor site work to ensure execution aligns with design intent
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Oversee procurement and installation phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in interior design / project coordination (UAE experience preferred)
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, rendering tools)
• Experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
• Excellent communication and site management skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
