About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Specialist & Sales Representative to join our dynamic HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) supply division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential B2B clients—especially pre-opening restaurants, hotels, and cafes across GCC countries—while also supporting store and inventory operations remotely.
This hybrid role combines lead generation with sales coordination and store management responsibilities, requiring a candidate who is both research-driven and operationally strong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for pre-opening restaurants, hotels, and cafes across the GCC region.
- Research, compile, and maintain a database of potential clients within the hospitality and HORECA sectors.
- Conduct outreach through effective networking, communication, and lead conversion strategies.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, order dispatch, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure timely order processing, product availability, and accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and operations goals.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on sales and store operations.
- Maintain high standards of organization, labeling, hygiene, and compliance in store operations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or B2B sales within the hospitality or HORECA supply industry.
- Proven track record in identifying and connecting with B2B leads for restaurants, hotels, or cafes.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market and hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with inventory management and sales coordination processes.
- Excellent communication and networking skills in Arabic (Native) and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/inventory management tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
