Arabic Nursery Teacher

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a passionate and caring Arabic Nursery Teacher to join our early years team at one of our entities at Trillium - the Montessori House. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be committed to fostering a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports the learning and growth of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in Arabic that promote language development, social skills, and emotional growth.
• Create a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
• Assess and record children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Encourage positive behavior and relationships among children, teaching them to respect and cooperate with one another.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations.
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to continually improve curriculum and teaching practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Arabic Language, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Teaching qualification and experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and early years education practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
• Commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.
