Job Summary:

The Arabic Operations Executive manages travel operations for Arabic-speaking clients using the Amadeus GDS system. The role involves booking flights, hotels, and tours, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight, hotel, and tour bookings using Amadeus GDS for Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Provide prompt customer support in Arabic via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist clients with visas, travel documentation, and related formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, or changes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions targeting Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience with Amadeus GDS system.
  • Experience in travel and tourism operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
