Arabic Operations Executive – Travel and Tourism (Amadeus)

Job Summary:
The Arabic Operations Executive manages travel operations for Arabic-speaking clients using the Amadeus GDS system. The role involves booking flights, hotels, and tours, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight, hotel, and tour bookings using Amadeus GDS for Arabic-speaking clients.
- Provide prompt customer support in Arabic via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist clients with visas, travel documentation, and related formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Resolve client issues, complaints, or changes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions targeting Arabic-speaking markets.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience with Amadeus GDS system.
- Experience in travel and tourism operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
