We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking recruiter (male) to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients through Indeed and other platforms in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of local labor markets, and the ability to source, interview, and place candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and manage job listings on Indeed and other relevant job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and recruitment policies.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and candidate status.
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of Indeed and online recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in Qatar/GCC preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws in Qatar.
