About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Auto-Workshop Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Record customer concerns and translate them into accurate repair orders for the workshop.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion and quality checks.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain service details to customers.
• Follow up with customers for approvals and post-service feedback.
• Maintain detailed service records and update the CRM or ERP system.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the UAE automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ERP or automotive workshop management software preferred.
