We Are Hiring – Arabic Social Media Marketing Specialist (Medical Sector)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in digital marketing and SEO, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI
• Optimize website and social media presence to achieve Top 10 ranking on search engines and platforms
• Create and manage engaging content tailored to the medical industry
• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and medical marketing practices
• Collaborate with management to propose new ideas for brand growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media ranking strategies
• Experience in medical/healthcare marketing is mandatory
• Excellent communication and content creation skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
