Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Arabic Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms, with a deep understanding of local trends in the building materials and engineering sectors. This role requires a strong eye for luxury content creation, engagement strategies, and analytical thinking to help drive marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Editing:
• Create, edit, and publish engaging Arabic content (text, images, video) tailored for luxury building materials and engineering solutions.
• Ensure high-quality visual and written content that reflects the brand's premium image.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow presence across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews, website, and others.
• Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Trend Monitoring & Insights:
• Stay up to date with UAE-specific trends in building materials, architecture, and engineering.
• Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to adapt content strategy accordingly.
• Engagement & Community Building:
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster an active and engaging online community that supports brand reputation and growth.
• Marketing Strategy & Reporting:
• Propose creative marketing strategies and campaign ideas to management.
• Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports on KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts in the engineering, architecture, or luxury building materials industry.
• Strong skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and paid campaign management.
• Knowledge of UAE digital audience behavior and preferences.
• UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST

Preferred Skills:

• Background or interest in interior design, construction, or architectural materials.
• Experience working with luxury brands or premium products.
• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
