Arabic-Speaking Administrator

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Arabic-Speaking Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties while also providing crucial support for our Arabic-speaking clients and partners. This role requires fluency in both English and Arabic, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents and reports.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and partners, handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls in both Arabic and English.
  • Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents, presentations, and correspondence from English to Arabic and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, files, and records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support company-wide goals.

Qualifications

  • Language Fluency: Must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is required. Experience in a similar role within a multinational or cross-cultural environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
