Arabic-Speaking Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support ISPH and our new brand line, ISPH Collection. This role focuses on building local partnerships, expanding B2B channels, and supporting brand activation activities across the UAE and the wider Middle East region.

The ideal candidate is confident in Arabic, thrives in multicultural environments, and contributes to delivering high-quality market development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business partnerships with local retailers, distributors, buyers, and corporate clients across the UAE and GCC region.
• Translate product descriptions and brand content into Arabic.
• Support ISPH and ISPH Collection in offline activities, including product selection events, exhibitions, brand showcases, and partnership meetings.
• Conduct business communications with Arabic-speaking partners; assist in negotiating cooperation terms and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Assist in preparing market insights, customer profiles, partnership proposals, and localized content.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department on brand communication, channel development, event execution, and general project support. Requirements
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and reading; writing ability preferred).
• Note: Arabic ability is required for job tasks and does not indicate preference for any nationality or background.
• Strong English communication skills; Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or partnership management is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE market trends, cultural environment, or retail ecosystems is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset, strong execution capability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
