Arabic-speaking Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

Onboard Media is seeking a talented and creative Arabic-speaking Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing our clients’ social media platforms, and driving strong online engagement. If you are passionate about digital marketing, branding, and storytelling, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging Arabic and English content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Produce high-quality videos, photos, reels, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop a monthly content calendar and manage daily posting.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments (mainly in Arabic), and build online communities.
• Track performance analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for campaign planning.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid ads (if required) on Meta or TikTok.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (mobile or professional).
• Excellent command of Arabic (mandatory); English is a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and other social tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt quickly.
• Basic graphic design skills are an advantage (Canva, Photoshop).

Preferred Skills

• Experience running Meta or TikTok ads.
• Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing concepts.
• Portfolio of past work is highly preferred.
