Arabic-Speaking Executive Secretary

Executive Secretary to CEO (Arabic Speaker)-FEMALE ONLY

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Arabic-speaking Executive Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, highly organized, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft and translate correspondence, reports, and documents in Arabic and English.
  • Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external parties.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Preferred:

  • UAE work experience minimum 4 to 5 years
  • Experience in government or business service sectors.
