Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agents who are proactive, professional, and results-oriented, with the ability to perform confidently in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and lease/sell properties through listings, advertising, and property portals
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Handle Arabic-speaking clients professionally throughout buying, selling, or leasing processes
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between clients
• Present and promote off-plan and ready properties
• Coordinate with developers and landlords
• Follow up with clients using company-provided quality leads
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily activity reports
• Achieve monthly targets with team support
• Represent Aura Capital Real Estate professionally at all times

Requirements

• Arabic language is mandatory
• 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience (leasing or sales)
• Freshers with strong Arabic communication skills are welcome
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of Dubai communities and developers
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred, not mandatory)
• Presentable, confident, and highly motivated
• Available to join immediately
