Arabic Speaking Real Estate Lawyer

A leading UAE-based conglomerate with diversified interests is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Real Estate Lawyer to join its in-house legal team in Dubai .

You will manage a range of UAE and GCC real estate transactions , including land acquisitions, SPAs, and development agreements . The role involves direct interaction with government entities and master developers , and oversight of Arabic and English contracts for the group's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts and SPAs.

• Advise business teams on land acquisitions, project developments, and sales.

• Liaise with government bodies and semi-government entities on property-related matters.

• Support ongoing projects across the UAE and wider GCC region.

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.

• 6-12 years' post-qualification experience in real estate law (UAE/GCC).

• Proven experience dealing with government entities and developers.

• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and contract structures.

• Office-based role in Dubai, Monday to Friday.
