Arabic/French Speaking Hostess - Royal Palace

Apt Resources is seeking an elegant and professional Arabic Speaking Female Hostess to join the prestigious team at a Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for distinguished guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary role will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating dining arrangements, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and attended to.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Provide information about the menu and special events occurring within the Palace
• Coordinate with wait staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Address guest inquiries, comments, and concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and dining areas
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events when necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or similar environment
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Must be in UAE

Benefits
