The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to all visitors and callers. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and preparing documents.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to other departments as required.
- Handle inquiries from visitors and clients, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, computers, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Coordinate with facility management for any office maintenance or supply needs.
- Uphold the company's brand image and values through professional conduct and appearance.
