
Arabic‑speaking Branch Manager - Specialty Coffee Shop & Restaurant
Minimum Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in specialty coffee shops, restaurants, or upscale F&B operations.
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
- Proven experience in:
- Customer service excellence
- Health & safety compliance
- Food safety standards
- Staff scheduling & manpower planning
- P&L management
- Wastage & variance control
- Ordering, inventory, and forecasting
- KPI performance management
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver premium customer experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and Qatar Municipality regulations.
- Monitor and control P&L, wastage, inventory variances, and operational costs.
- Manage ordering, stock levels, and accurate forecasting based on sales trends.
- Achieve branch KPIs including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain brand standards in ambiance, cleanliness, product quality, and service excellence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Procurement for smooth branch performance.
