Job description:

• Perform advanced arc welding on structural steel, pipelines, and heavy equipment in accordance with approved procedures and project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols accurately.
• Inspect joint fit-up, alignment, and material preparation prior to welding.
• Ensure all welding work meets required quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of welding equipment.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior welders and helpers to improve skills and workmanship.
• Coordinate with fabrication and construction teams to resolve technical issues on site.
• Maintain welding equipment, electrodes, and tools in proper working condition.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of welding activities, consumables, and manpower utilization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
