Assistant Manager/Manager – Archer GRC (Bilingual: Arabic & English)
Role Purpose:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Archer GRC programs—strategy, solution architecture, install on-premise Archer Platform, build, integration, UAT & steady-state operations—with accountability for scope, quality, schedule & stakeholder outcomes. The Senior Manager combines deep Archer platform expertise, GRC domain mastery & client leadership to shape defensible, scalable & regulator-aligned solutions across complex enterprises. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 to 8 years of hands-on Archer development experience, strong GRC domain knowledge & client-facing consulting skills to translate business objectives into robust, compliant & scalable Archer Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Client Advisory

Own client engagement outcomes: define delivery approach, operating model & governance; chair steering/working groups & drive executive updates.

Translate business objectives into a multi-release Archer roadmap with measurable KPIs & benefits realization.

Advise on target operating model for GRC (people, process, technology, data) including federated (multi-tenanted) vs. centralized models.
Solution Architecture & Delivery Excellence

Design enterprise-grade Archer architectures: application / ODA strategy, data model, relationships, record permissions, role design & performance considerations.

Lead configuration across fields, layouts, calculated fields, access control, advanced workflow (AWF), notifications, reports / iViews & dashboards.

Establish quality gates: requirements traceability, peer reviews, SIT / UAT entry–exit criteria & production readiness checklists.

Plan releases & environment promotions with packaging/migration utilities; maintain versioning, rollback & release notes.

Must have experience in deployment of the Archer Modules: Internal Audit, Enterprise & Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Regulatory Compliance and Policy Management, Third Party Risk Management, IT & Security Risk Management,

Regional GCC delivery experience; Arabic technical writing samples portfolio.
Arabic Localization, Documentation & Training

Deliver Archer solutions in Arabic language including translation of field labels, values, notifications & end-user help; verify right‑to‑left (RTL) usability where applicable.

Produce client-ready documentation in Arabic & English (BRDs / FSDs, solution design documents, configuration runbooks, user / admin guides, SOPs).

Conduct bilingual training & UAT support (scripts, data sets, defect triage) ensuring equivalence of Arabic & English materials.
Integration, Data & Security

Oversee integrations via Data Feed Manager, REST / SOAP APIs & files / DB connectors with AD / LDAP / SSO (SAML), ITSM, SIEM, Power BI, ERP / Procurement & project systems.

Define data quality, lineage, retention & backup/restore processes; ensure auditable controls for changes & data migrations.

Work with platform/security teams on hardening, vulnerability remediation & performance tuning across Archer 6.x stacks.
Risk & Compliance Alignment (GCC & International)

Map solution capabilities to frameworks & regulations (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST RMF) & GCC regulations (e.g., NCA-ECC, SAMA, UAE IA/NESA, CBK).

Operationalize control testing, risk assessments, KRIs / KPIs, issues/findings & continuous monitoring dashboards for first & second lines of defense.
People Leadership & Practice Growth

Manage & mentor multi-site delivery teams; drive skills development, code/configuration reviews & knowledge management.

Contribute to practice accelerators (templates, scripts, utilities) & proposals/RFPs; support demos & POVs.
Operations & Support

Establish L2/L3 support model, SLAs & runbooks for incidents, service requests & enhancements.

Monitor scheduled jobs, data feeds & integrations; lead root cause analyses & continuous improvement backlogs.
Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related; MBA preferred.

8–12+ years overall with 7+ years hands-on Archer & 4+ years leading Archer programs.

Bilingual fluency in Arabic & English (spoken & written).

Proven experience deploying Archer in Arabic language, including configuration, content translation, reports/dashboards, notifications & UAT/training in Arabic.

Demonstrated ability to develop complete client documentation packages in Arabic (design, user / admin guides, SOPs).

Hands-on mastery of Archer application builder, AWF, role-based access, Data Feed Manager, reporting / iViews / dashboards & packaging/promotions.

Experience integrating with enterprise systems via REST / SOAP, flat files / DB & SSO (SAML) with AD/LDAP.

Strong command of GRC processes across ERM, IT & Security Risk, Compliance / Policy, Third‑Party Risk, Audit & BCM.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Archer certifications (Associate/Professional/Administrator).
