Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Architect with 10+ years of proven experience in architectural design, project leadership, and construction execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams from conceptualization through project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, preferably within Pakistan or similar markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through to construction administration and project completion.
• Develop, review, and refine architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate and supervise junior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, planning, and project management to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and sustainability best practices.
• Prepare and present design proposals, project reports, and feasibility studies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee preparation of digital 3D models, renderings, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Manage client relationships and external consultants, including architects, engineers, landscape designers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with design standards and quality control.
• Drive innovation in building systems, materials, and sustainable design principles.
• Mentor and develop talent within the architectural and design teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10–11+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency.
• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design/rendering tools.
• Excellent knowledge of construction practices, detailing, building systems, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with sustainable design and LEED/green building concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
