Architect

Required Valid Architect License with Dubai Municipality Only

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Prepare construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to design intent.

Qualifications:

• Registered with Dubai Municipality.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Min. 3-4 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Lumion,3Ds Max).
• Strong design skills and a passion for architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
