As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic AI Designer, proficient in AI Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Articulate 360.This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can support multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Design and Develop Branding Collaterals: Create visually compelling assets including banners, brochures, digital creatives, and presentations to support branding and marketing initiatives heavily relying on AI Tools.
2. Manage Social Media Presence: Plan, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms; track analytics and optimize campaigns to increase audience reach and engagement.
3. Conduct Research Across Domains: Perform market and industry research to support content creation, event planning, and strategic initiatives.
4. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite: Apply expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe tools to produce high-quality creative content.
5. Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and Reporting: Oversee LMS operations, upload content, track learner progress, and generate periodic performance and compliance reports.
6. Develop e-Learning Content with Articulate 360: Create interactive training modules, assessments, and multimedia learning resources to enhance employee and client learning experiences.

To Join our team, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Marketing / Design or another relevant field.
• Certifications in AI is plus.
• Experienced candidates working with the required software (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency in AI Tools for Designing
• Digital content creation
• PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Articulate 360 software.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms)
• Flexibility and attention to details.
• Teamwork; problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Language skills:

• English.
• Any second language is desirable.
