Architect

A leading construction company is seeking a talented Architect to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative and functional architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring that projects meet both client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and design implementation.
• Revise and update drawings as required by project changes or client feedback.
• Assist in material selection, specifications, and authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of local authority submission processes and building regulations.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
