**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through to completion.

- Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.

- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide professional architectural advice.

- Develop and present detailed architectural plans, specifications, and design documents.

- Oversee and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.

- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration and execution.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet client expectations and project goals.

- Resolve any design or construction issues that arise, providing innovative and practical solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a significant portion in an engineering consultancy.

- Extensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.

- Proven experience in leading and managing architectural projects and teams.

- Strong client handling skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Excellent design and technical skills, with proficiency in architectural software and tools.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

- Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE is highly preferred.
