Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Architect cum Client Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine architectural expertise with strong client management skills, ensuring seamless communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role is critical in translating client requirements into practical design solutions while coordinating project deliverables effectively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Understand client requirements and ensure they are incorporated into designs and project deliverables.
• Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings and design documentation.
• Coordinate approvals with consultants, authorities, and clients.
• Manage client communications, meetings, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and technical documents.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings, reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, draughtsmen, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and execution.
• Track project progress, follow up on client requirements, and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in architecture and client coordination (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and industry standards.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations.
