Job summary

Seeking a skilled and innovative Architect with 2-5 years of experience for a full-time, office-based role in Mumbai. The candidate will drive architectural design projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design Development: Lead the development of architectural designs from concept to execution, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions that meet client requirements.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, planning, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs into overall project plans and timelines.
• Client Interaction and Presentations: Engage with clients to understand their architectural needs and present design solutions effectively to gain approvals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all architectural plans comply with local, national, and environmental regulations and zoning laws.
• Site Visits and Supervision: Conduct site visits to ensure architectural elements are being implemented as per design specifications and quality standards.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field. Specialization in Architectural Design is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in architectural design and documentation using industry-standard software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED certification or experience in sustainable architecture
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations
