Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of a project, from initial design to final construction. You'll work on diverse projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring innovative and functional designs to life. The Architect will be responsible for creating design plans, preparing construction documents, and managing project timelines and budgets. .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Develop design concepts and prepare construction drawings, specifications, and renderings.
• Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular project updates.
• Collaboration: Work with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience in an architectural role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of professional work.
