Position: Architect
Location: Jebel Ali
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop innovative and functional architectural designs for exhibitions and store fit-outs.
• Create detailed architectural plans, sketches, and renderings that align with project goals and client specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for design development.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in exhibition or retail environments.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
